Medical Necessity

1) Patient must have a Physician's order for service.

2) Patient must have a medically fragile but stable condition

3) At least one (1) recent hospital / emergency room visits in the past year for difficulty breathing or retained secretions

4) Patients bronchial hygiene, expansion therapy and or bronchodilator medication therapy for prophylaxis intervention upon presenting to an emergency room.
